The Mission of Knabb Consulting is to equip entrepreneurs to Create, Grow, and Scale business so the families and local communities have choice and opportunities to grow their Personal Economy.

This is achieved through offering franchise research services, strategic referral groups that come with business-growth tools and trainings, and through business scaling and coaching services. Every business goes through cycles of Create, Grow, and Scale. Catherine Knabb used to create solutions and lead projects for corporations to achieve these same types of objectives. KC Create Grow & Scale Workshop – Free workshop held monthly to familiarize people with service options available.

KC Franchise Cohort – Free 5-week series to cover the Assessment, Learning, and Interview Prep portions of Franchise Research. Periodically there will be paid, 1-day workshops to achieve the same learning.

GROW BUSINESS

Many certified franchise consultants do, in fact, become franchisees themselves. As Catherine Knabb, owner of Knabb Consulting, learned about all the franchise brands in the inventory, Network in Action (NIA) stood out as a business model that adds value to existing businesses. NIAX Membership Non-Exclusive – Memphis – The non-exclusive paid membership in the NIAX Memphis group enjoys all the normal NIA benefits. They also can be flexible with attendance because referrals come into the group from consumer-based referrals for a rev share when the referrals result in closed, paid business for the member.

KCNIA Networking Socials – Free networking socials are regularly provided so that NIA/NIAX members can meet other business owners and reps who cannot join one of the NIA groups.
