Network in Action has piloted a new kind of group this year, and now we are offering it in Memphis. NIAX will offer a solution for people who can’t always guarantee they will make it to the monthly networking meeting. While we want to provide a solution to people with scarce time, we want to reward people who commit to being at those monthly meetings and who work hard to foster powerful referral relationships. In either case, all the members will pass professional background checks, and they will enjoy all the NIA member technology and training assets. We’ll have tools in place to make both types of groups successful.

NIA Vision Builders in Memphis, TN

NIA Vision Builders meets Monthly on 2nd Tuesdays in Memphis from 3-4:30 pm, currently at 6075 Poplar Avenue. Members will commit to:

• Attending 11 of the 12 monthly meetings (or sending a sub)
• Passing 12 referrals into the group thru the year.
• They’ll get an ROI guarantee AND exclusive industry/lane plus about $30K in training & technology assets

NIA Visionaries that Meets Online

NIA Visionaries meets Monthly on 2nd Thursdays on Zoom from 11:30-1 pm Central. Members of this groups must be able to provide services to clients or businesses all across the United States. Members will commit to:

• Attending 11 of the 12 monthly meetings (or sending a sub)
• Passing 12 referrals into the group thru the year.
• They’ll get an ROI guarantee AND exclusive industry/lane plus about $30K in training & technology assets

About NIAX Memphis – New to Memphis, TN

NIAX Memphis meets Monthly on 2nd Wednesdays in Memphis from 3-4:30 pm, currently at 420 S Germantown Pkwy at Portales. Members have different levels of flexibility depending on their type of membership and expectations. The first person who joins for a specific industry or lane/category gets to choose whether they want that lane exclusively or not. Once the first person in the lane decides, that determines whether others can be added to the lane or not. The first 10 members to sign up for NIAX will enjoy additional price breaks

Exclusive members can have an ROI guarantee, and they have to attend 11 meetings and pass 12 referrals, like in the normal group, in order to maintain the ROI guarantee. If they don’t care about the ROI guarantee, they can enjoy attendance flexibility.

• Attendance Optional (if not interested in the ROI guarantee)
• Passing Referrals (encouraged and rewarded, and required if expecting the ROI guarantee)
• They’ll get an ROI guarantee (if they choose) AND exclusive industry/lane plus about $30K in training & technology assets

Non-Exclusive members will enjoy complete attendance flexibility. If they aren’t in the meetings, it would be difficult to for them to develop good referral relationships. They, like all other NIA and NIAX members, will receive coaching about how to be a good referral partner and how to development them. NIAX members will also benefit from referrals from an ever-growing set of referral partners (NIAXers) who aren’t members. Non-Exclusive members will set a referral percentage. When they receive a referral from another member or from an NIAXer and that referral results in closed, paid business, the non-exclusive member will pay that referrals monies to the referrer through a Stripe-driven tool.
